Terms of Service

Acceptance of terms

By using an account or a site on weddi, you agree to these terms.

The service

weddi lets an event partner set up a wedding website for a couple from one of our templates, customize it with your own content in a live-preview editor, and publish it on your own link. Guests can view the site and RSVP through a form; responses land in your dashboard.

Accounts

There's no public sign-up on weddi — every login is created for you, either by the platform or by your event partner. You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your site's link

Your site's link is chosen when the site is created. Everything else about your site — its design, content, and photos — stays fully editable at any time by you, your event partner, and the platform.

Your content

You're responsible for everything written or uploaded to your site — names, photos, venue details, and any other content. You confirm you have the right to use it, and that it doesn't infringe on anyone else's rights or violate any law.

Guest RSVP data

When guests RSVP through your site, you and your event partner are responsible for how that information is used and stored, in line with our Privacy Policy.

Our templates

The template designs, layouts, and code you see on weddi — including public demos — are our intellectual property. Using a template for your own wedding website doesn't give you the right to copy, resell, redistribute, or reproduce the design or code elsewhere.

Site status

weddi may pause or remove a site at its discretion, including at the request of the event partner who created it.

Acceptable use

Don't use weddi to publish content that's illegal, abusive, or infringes on someone else's rights, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service.

Service availability

We aim to keep sites up and running at all times but don't guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of liability

weddi is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
